Q: HOW DO I ORDER BY MAIL?
Print out our Mail order form and wrap the money order or cash inside this order form. Place it in a plain white envelope-if you can still see through the order form wrap another plain white sheet around this as well. Address it to the address below and all orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY MONEY ORDER IS SAFE?
We have a mailbox located in a privately run business, not a government run post office. This box is locked, and only the postman and seedXpress have the key. This mailbox is used only for orders to us, and not for our personal or business mail. This way your order is behind a locked door that only we can access. Flyers, papers, and junk mail deliveries are not accepted here (limiting the amount of people who can access this box). If you are concerned about your orders arrival, send it registered mail-we can accept registered mail too.
Q: HOW DO I SEND AN EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER?
First you need to check with your financial institution to ensure they offer this service. Fill out the required fields for the check out and hit submit on the checkout page. When we receive the email transfer (normally within 60 minutes of you sending it) we will ship your order-normally within the same day!!
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SEEDS ARE LOST, DAMAGED OR CONFISCATED?
If your seeds get lost or damaged we will resend them. If your parcel is confiscated by customs we can not offer any compensation as our products are directed at countries where cannabis germination is legal.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR CAN I GET A REFUND?
No, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on consumable products. We can also not cancel any orders already placed. We suggest trying a small quantity of something that interests you to see if the product performs to your expectations. If you are happy with the results, we are certain you will buy more. See the above FAQ for what happens if your seeds are lost, damaged or confiscated.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW YOU WON'T KEEP MY MONEY AND NOT SHIP MY ORDER?
If we did we would soon be out of business-word of mouth is the fastest and most reliable advertising and negative advertising like that would bankrupt us! We will ship all orders processed properly as quickly and discretely as possible.

In a secured discretely packaged container, shipped with the utmost care.
